Field work

We do not only program your questionnaire in any design, we also host your survey on our own survey servers. We have proven in numerous studies (e.g. the AGOF on-site survey) that our survey servers are highly performant and extremely fail-safe.
In addition to the 24/7 monitoring of our systems under purely technical aspects, your studies will also be accompanied and monitored during field time by the project managers responsible.

In detail, this means:

• Continuous response rate- and quota monitoring
• Adjustment of parameters if necessary (e.g. screening criteria, quotas)
• Quality control of incoming data
• Coordination of panels employed
